It seems we are just far enough from the coast, so we do not get a lot of May Gray or June Gloom but close enough, so we do not have extreme warmth either. You can step out your front door from 1535 Sunrise Drive and go for walks in multiple directions, you can head downtown and check out one of the dozens of local breweries and restaurants, schools are close, groceries are close, etc. In addition, the world famous Moonlight Amphitheater just a few steps away where live Broadway and Off-Broadway award winning shows are performed all season long. 1535 Sunrise Drive truly is a distinctive home with lots of desirable features in this or any market and I do expect it to sell quickly and be competitive.
