Kobe kept escrow moving forward as there was some slowness in getting documents from the buyers. Regardless of the issues that came up during escrow, Kobe was right on it and provided additional insights into the process and options that we had at our hands. When it was all said and done, Kobe’s guidance, skill set and wanting to have the best possible outcome on the sale, provided out family with a very unexpected windfall for our family to share in. Kobe surpasses his peers with his high ethical standards, impeccable professionalism, and devotion to his clients. For example, when I made the difficult decision to list a property, he walked me through every step and made sure that I was making informed decisions. When I finally decided not to sell, he was supportive of my decision and was obviously not in it just for the sale - which is precisely why I will never go with another real estate agent. Kobe was amazing. He made sure I understood every single step of the process. He was extremely patient with me, very accommodating, and just an all around great guy. I cannot fathom trying to buy a home without the hand holding that Kobe Zimmerman gave to me and my wife. Everything was an alien language to both my wife, and I. No matter the time of day, the time of night, they were there for us. When he literally says, he's always available, he's available to help. I really don't know if he sleeps at all, or he's an excellent power napper. All joking aside, Kobe has been the G.O.A.T. with purchasing a home. He knew what to do, who to call, how to get things done. Right off the bat when first reaching out to us, he exerted an aura that lets you know, you found me, and you're in good hands. He is far from your normal realtor, he will fight tooth and nail to make sure you're 200% satisfied with everything. He will always give you an honest answer, he will not sugar coat anything so you will understand everything and know you're getting the honest truth from what he knows, sees, and from his experience. He is incredibly detailed (in the I don't know what I'd do without you Kobe kind of way). Hands down, he's being invited to every family gathering, that's just how great he is.
